It does not host government records and has no affiliation with Saginaw Charter Township, Saginaw County, Michigan agencies, a court, or a records custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use the site and any information reached through it only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- stalk, threaten, harass, intimidate, or harm a person;
- seek a person protected by a restraining or protective order;
- commit identity theft, fraud, or another unlawful act;
- make a credit, employment, housing, insurance, tenant, or other FCRA-regulated decision;

12. Severability
If a court finds one provision unenforceable, the rest of these terms remains effective.
