A name, phone number, or address entered into a search form is submitted to the provider serving that result function. Our own servers do not retain a copy of those searches. If you contact us, we receive the information included in your message and use it to respond.

Like most hosted services, the site may create routine server logs that include an IP address, browser type, page requests, and time of access. We use aggregate technical information to maintain the service and understand general use. Cookies or similar tools may support analytics or advertising measurement where enabled.
How Information Is Used
Technical and contact information is used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, measure, and improve the site. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles from that information.
External Services
Links lead to county, township, state, library, archive, and third-party services. Their practices apply once you leave this site or submit information to them. Sponsored search results are also supplied by a separate provider under that provider's terms and privacy rules.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Hosting and service providers may process the routine technical data described above for us. Analytics or advertising partners may receive comparable automatic data. We disclose information when required by valid legal process, and otherwise do not share it outside the purposes described here.
Security Practices
The site uses an encrypted connection. Logs are retained only for the period reasonably needed for site operation. Because there are no user accounts, the site does not maintain a visitor password or account profile.
Visitors Under 18
This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us so it can be removed.
Privacy Requests
You may ask about personal information we hold through the Contact page. Michigan's Attorney General consumer guidance cited in our research does not identify a comprehensive Michigan consumer data-privacy law comparable to a broad state privacy act; federal and other Michigan protections may still apply. Public records held by Saginaw Township, Saginaw County, Michigan agencies, courts, or libraries are outside our control, and requests about those records belong with their custodian.
